At ZenC, we want you to love your purchase.
Because All our products are non-reusable after unsealing, please review our return policy carefully.
1.Return Policy for Unopened Products
All unopened products are eligible for free returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Typically takes 1-3 business days (subject to payment platform processing).

• Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays
2.Opened Products
Due to the non-reusable nature of our products after opening,
we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened items.
3. Report Issues

A clear photo of the issue
A description of the problem
We’ll either resend the item or issue a refund if eligible.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we’ll help you resolve any issues.
